Talanted traders wanted!
Thoughts of organizing my own traders' team have been crossing my mind more and more often lately. I need my own team of professionals. This is primarily necessary for the diversification of my own joint assets, and also in order to discover new talented traders.
The trader may be of any age, gender and education and country of residence. The main thing for me is that the trader can make a profit undergoing minimal risks while trading.
I made a decision, each trader that will work in my team will receive $10 K for managing, from my own money. This is the start up minimum that I'm ready to offer to any trader who will show efficient work at minimal risks. If I really like the trader's work, the sum of his managed capital will be increased by $5 K monthly.
Conditions of accepting traders to my team:
- I provide an account of $10 K from my own money;
- the trader's commissions are 30% from the net profit for the moment of withdrawal;
- the maximal drawdown of 20%
The trader must make a profit, otherwise he doesn't qualify and is rather a Loser than a Trader. Anyone willing to work with me has to show me profits when trading on a real account. I don't accept trading statements. I'm not interested in history, I want to see trading with my own eyes, that's why I need a testing term of 2 months for each trader.
So, here's what it takes to pass the test and work with me:
- open an account;
- put your own money on account, any amount, but not less than $1 K;
- before starting to trade, send me the account number and investor's password (if that isn't done, the statement won't be considered);
- trade for 2 months
After the 2 month term I will examine the results and make a decision.
If your trading was successful and risks didn't exeed the maximally acceptable ones I am accepting you to my team. You can close your accout or continue trading with it, your account will be of no more interest to me.
- I will open a new account with my own $10 K into my name and send you the account number and trader's password;
- in the end of each month, if there's a profit, the withdrawal will take place;
- trader's commissions are 30% from net profit
* I don't accept just any trading strategy. I keep my right to deny opening the $10 K account to any of the traders without explaining reasons for that.
* Please, don't bother for questions not related to the issue and on small matters.
