Stock-market game seems to be a simple business. But this simplicity is deceptive. When a newbie succeeds something at the beginning, he imagines himself a real professional, acts out of control and looses everything.
There are different ways in stock-market games: sometimes logical, but often – illogical. The stock-market is a chance to get huge sum of money at one stroke. And for many people money is freedom, but only a few of them knows what to do with this sum next.

You can live and work wherever you want without bosses. Stock-market is a great brain exercise like chess, poker and crossword at the same time.
The stock-market game attracts brave people and scares away those who prefer a bird in the hand. An average man lives evenly – breakfast, work, and lunch, in the evenings – home, dinner with the bottle of beer, TV and sleep. When there is a chance to earn some extra money, he consigns the earnings to the bank for saving. And for a stockbroker every hour can be a working hour and his earnings are exposed to risk. The stockbroker does not stick to the certainty of the present, he goes to the ambiguity of the future.
Willing to fulfill oneself and one’s abilities is congenital and many people have it. This willing pushes people to see who is stronger on the stock-market. Therewith one can get not only sporting interest, but also good profit while playing.
Good stockbrokers are usually diligent and keen-witted. They are responsive to everything new. Curiously enough to know that their target is not money. Their target is to efficiently play. Then the money goes without saying. Successful stockbrokers exercise their art tirelessly. Personal perfection is more important than money for them.
Stockbrokers are one of those abnormal people. They often seek for an outlet for their conflicting desires in the stock-market game. But if you do not know for what you strive, you get nothing, your efforts backfire on you.
An amateur, while trying to win no matter what, overestimates his own strengths and has to face a huge risk. So, in case of a slightest stock-market turnout against him, he is out of the game.
A prosperous stockbroker is a realist. He is aware of what he has and has not. He sees clearly what is going on and knows what to do in this or that situation. He clearly realizes the situation on the stock-market and builds real plans holding his emotions. Illusions are aliens for the professional stockbroker.
An amateur starts to panic after several unsuccessful operations and loosing of small sum of money. His ideas about stock-market become misrepresented. Failures have many fancies about purchase, sale and choice of a deal. They behave like children, who are afraid of walking through the cemetery and look under bed at night, because fear has big eyes. The stock-market with its uncertainty excites imagination.
Failures who know only myths about stock-market wisdom say: “I lost because I did not know the secrets of the game.” Many failures think that the prosperous stockbrokers know some special secrets. Thanking to this fancy consultants and traders of ready to use stock-market game methodologies have no lack of customers.
This people do not realize that playing on the stock-market is not so difficult. It is much more difficult to extract appendicitis, construct bridge or examine a law case. Good stockbrokers are usually smart people but not everybody of them is intellectual. Many people did not attend college, some of them even left school.
Stock-market game usually attracts successful businessmen and people of free professions. Here is a portrait of an average client of stock-market firm: 50 years old married man with higher education. Many of them have a scientific degree or their own firm.
Then why are these successful in their own business people loose on the stock-market? The fact is that the keystone of success is not a special wisdom, secret or education. One needs a clear head, practical thoughts, some courage, full self-control and desire for constant self-perfection for success in the work on the stock-market. |
